Estudio de la química en el análisis de las bebidas alcohólicas artesanales

The elaboration and process of artisan alcoholic beverages, go back many years, and that currently has become an activity with a great boom worldwide, where today there are various types of these beverages made with the use of different fruits, flowers, and other vegetables, that seek to position themselves in a market. Based on this, the objective of this research was based on studying the chemistry in the analysis of artisan alcoholic beverages, through a bibliographic-documentary type methodology. Thus, to obtain these drinks it is necessary that the elements used go through various chemical processes, which will allow the desired product to be achieved and that it be to the liking of consumers, in addition to ensuring that its consumption is not harmful to the health of humans. Keywords: chemistry, analysis, beverages, alcoholic, craft.La elaboración y proceso de las bebidas alcohólicas artesanales, se remontan a muchos años, y que actualmente se ha convertido en una actividad con un gran auge a nivel mundial, donde hoy en día existen diversos tipos de estas bebidas elaboradas con el uso de distintas frutas, flores, y otros vegetales, que buscan posicionarse en un mercado. Con base en esto, el objetivo de esta investigación se basó en estudiar la química en el análisis de las bebidas alcohólicas artesanales, a través de una metodología de tipo bibliográfico-documental. Es así que, para obtener estas bebidas es necesario que los elementos utilizados pasen por varios procesos químicos, los cuales permitirán conseguir el producto deseado y que este sea del agrado de los consumidores, además de asegurar que su consumo no sea perjudicial para la salud de los seres humanos.
