The subjects of this research are the public relations department, employees and the public using Benings Clinic products. From the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of the Reels feature on Instagram as a promotional medium by the Beauty Clinic @Beningsclinic_Pekanbaru has been properly carried out through several things to support the marketing carried out in accordance with the planned objectives
