El análisis léxico en función de la actividad de traducción

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that lexical analysis of a text is a necessary phase in the translation process, fundamental in guaranteeing the efficacy of the language at the diaphasic,diastratic, diatopic and diamesic levels, even across inter-linguistic lines. Neither the decodifying of the original message nor its rewriting in the newcode can be done without individuating idiomatic and evidently cultural aspects, constantly subordinated to the potential combinations of words involved. Lexical analysis is thus a valuable virtual instrument that the translator must make use of in order to avoid producing, in the best of cases, equivalences that are correct but ineffective from the communicational point ofview.Objeto de este estudio es el de evidenciar cómo el análisis léxico del texto debe ser fase fundamental del procedimiento traslémico, para garantizar, también con el pasaje interlingüístico, la eficacia del lenguaje a nivel diafásico, diastrático, diatópico y diamésico.Tanto la descodificación del mensaje original como su reescritura en el nuevo código no deben prescindir de la detección de los caracteres idiomáticos y evidentemente culturales, siempre supeditados a las potencialidades combinatorias de los vocabularios afectados. El análisis léxico es, por ello, herramienta virtual válida a la que el traductor deberá recurrir para noproducir, en el mejor de los casos, equivalencias correctas pero ineficaces en lo comunicativo
