USULAN PERBAIKAN UNTUK MENGURANGI TINGKAT RESIKO GANGGUAN MUSKULOSKELETAL DISORDERS PADA PERAWAT

Through an observation made by the researcher, the nurse at KH. Abdurrahman Syamsuri experienced physical disturbances while carrying out activities dealing with patients, so in this case the researchers focused on musculoskeletal disorders in nurses at the hospital. In this step, a literature study is carried out to identify information and obtain supporting theories related to problems regarding Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) and the methods used are the Movement and Assistance of Hospital Patients (MAPO) Index and Work Ergonomy Risk Assessment (WERA). with the results of the MAPO Index assessment, namely in the emergency room at KH Abdurahman Syamsuri Hospital Paciran Lamongan, a score of 2.38 was obtained. This is due to the problems found in almost all the MAPO Index assessment indicators. Meanwhile, through the WERA method, the researchers concluded that there were also many activities that showed risk, both in Low, Medium and High risk, this was because the activities in the emergency room at KH Abdurhaman Syamuri Hospital, Paciran, Lamongan, were very dense
