Upaya Pasien Dalam Mencegah Kekambuhan Penyakit Diabetes Melitus

Lifestyle changes affect changes in eating patterns that cause degenerative diseases, namely diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus itself is a metabolic disease characterized by increased blood sugar levels. Foods with high IG can raise blood sugar levels quickly so that food consumption has a high glucose index value triggers DM. Strategies to reduce intake or production of blood sugar levels can be achieved by dieting and changing lifestyles that will become the treatment of diabetes including weight loss, eating healthy foods and exercising regularly. This study uses qualitative type case study research, an in-depth study of individuals, groups, institutions, and so on in a certain time. Case study research aims to try to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain deep and complete understanding and understanding from individuals, groups and certain situations. Case study data were obtained by interviewing, and studying various documents related to the topic under stud
