Many Ti-6Al-4V used in aerospace industry. In the aerospace industry, minimising burr height is very important thing. Especially on the horizontal stabilizer structure. Horizontal stabilizer structures are assembled and then drilled. Aerospace industry necessity is can drill components in one operation without rework (disassembled, deburred). This research uses a method by varying the rotation speed and material drill. The result is the lowest Burr produced by 0.085 mm using the HSS-Co drill bit and is set at 500 rpm of speed. HSS-Ti and HSS-Co drill bit material which set at high rotation speed will cause the chipping wheatering. HSS-Ti and HSS-Co drill bit material which set at high rotation speed is bad to minimize burr height
