HUBUNGAN ANTARA SELF-EFFICACY DENGAN QUARTER LIFE CRISIS PADA DEWASA AWAL

Early adulthood is a transition period from adolescence to adulthood, in which early adult individuals are prone to experiencing a quarter life crisis because at this time individuals are faced with many demands for problems related to academic, work and career tasks, to interpersonal relationships. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and the quarter life crisis. This study uses a correlational quantitative approach. Subjects in this study used an accidental sampling technique with a total of 370 subjects (106 males and 264 females) who were in early adulthood with an age range of 18 to 25 years. The research instrument used is the self-efficacy scale and the quarter life crisis scale. The data analysis technique used is Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results of the study stated that there was a negative and significant relationship between self-efficacy and quarter life crisis in early adulthood with a value (r = -0.234 and sig/p = 0.000
