HUBUNGAN WORK LIFE BALANCE DENGAN STRES KERJA PADA TENAGA PENDIDIK

Educators have a very heavy responsibility. The situation of the Covid-19 pandemic this year has increased the stress of educators due to the demands of work from home. The stress faced by educators does not only occur at school but also outside the school environment. If educators experience an imbalance of work and family time, the individual will feel a conflict that makes them uncomfortable both at work and in the family. Work-life balance is an important thing that must be owned by educators to produce high morale, a feeling of satisfaction with their work, and a sense of full responsibility both in their work and in their personal life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work-life balance and work stress. This research is a quantitative correlational study with an accidental sampling data collection technique. The subjects of this study were 150 educators. The research instrument used a scale of work-life balance and work stress. The results obtained prove that there is a significant negative relationship p = (0.000)
