The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of HEINEKEN Czech Republic, a.s., threats and opportunities. In order to achieve this goal, strategic analysis and its tools will be used. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part examines the literature focusing on the issue, which will then serve as a basis for processing the practical part.
