KEKERASAN DALAM PACARAN DAN KECEMASAN SOSIAL

Social anxiety is a condition in which individuals feel afraid and anxious about social situations, including interacting and socializing with other people. Social anxiety can be caused by several things, one of which is a traumatic experience such as humiliation, persecution, and threats from the closest people, including their partner, and when those types of occurrences happen to people who are dating, it is likely that they are experiencing dating violence.This study aims to find the effect of dating violence and social anxiety. The method used is a non-experimental quantitative research method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the instruments used were the scale of dating violence and social anxiety. This study involved 100 female respondents aged 18-25 years. Analysis of the research data is done using simple linear regression. The results showed a value of F = 58,222 and Sig (< 0.05), which means that there is an influence dating violence against social anxiety. This study implies that it is hoped that late teens can find out the causes of social anxiety, namely when experiencing dating violence so that they can detect social anxiety early so that it can be prevented or minimized
