Adolescents during this pandemic are increasingly active using social media Instagram, this allows someone to make social comparisons so that it relates to their body image. Body image is a person's perception, thoughts, and feelings about his body. Social comparison is a person's subjective process of comparing his abilities and appearance with those in his environment. The purpose of this study was also to see the relationship between social comparison and body image among young women using Instagram social media during the pandemic. The subjects in this study were 186 young women who were active users of Instagram social media aged 18-24 years. This research instrument uses the body image scale created by Hannan and the adapted O'Brian's social comparison scale.
