HUBUNGAN SELF EFFICACY DENGAN BURNOUT DALAM BEKERJA PADA POLISI SABHARA POLDA JABAR

Sabhara police officers have specified missions that are adjustment, defence, guard, and patrol. Carrying on the job in the street, Sabhara police officers have a lot of obstacles and defiance on their job, because the specified mission of the obligation is so susceptible to emotional exhaustion, physics, and will get burnout. One of factors to reduce burnout is with self efficacy improving. The purpose of this study is to identify the correlation of self efficacy to burnout at work on Sabhara police officer Polda Jabar. This study used quantitative methods and purposive sampling with 234 samples of subjek. The scales used Maslach Burnout Inventory and Self efficacy scale expand on Bandura. Data analysis using spearman correlates with the result that self efficacy had a significant negative correlation to burnout. Correlation in this study has -0,188 and Sig. 0,006 (p < 0,05). Assumed that correlation on this study natured upside down, more high the self efficacy than more reduce the burnout on Sabhara police officer Polda Jaba
