Conflicts management in accommodation sector

With the help of analyzing scientific literature view of the authors, it can be said that sports organizations which seek, as effectively as possible, how to use human resource of management and solve conflicts, as an obstacle for regular collaboration, have to: understand that conflicts in organization – are inevitable, also, have to realize the point and the role of conflict in organization. Need to recognize reasons and types of conflicts, to use conflict as a positive step to the direction of organization development. Moreover, to be capable to choose a suitable solution to the conflict in every specific situation, to rule conflicts so that their consequences for an organization would be functionals. Analyzing the presented answers of respondents who participated in the survey, we found out that conflicts in the hotel “X” generally arise with administration and employees of the restaurant department. Causes of conflicts are interpersonals, rising from scandals, the criticism for the aspect of work, poor information transmission and personal human characteristics. The prevailing conflict situations in the organization are collisions of different attitudes and ideas and the breach of collective’s established standards. The majority of respondents confronts with conflicts and its caused negative effect for about several times in a month, although the organization are assessed as having a little experience in conflicts resolution practice. According to respondents, the conflicts in their organization mostly solve the employees themselves independently or with a manager. Therefore, because of conflicts in the analyzing accommodation institution, for the employees are decreasing intention to work, are difficult to concentrate and are appreciable unnecessary pressure.
