HUBUNGAN ANTARA PROGRAM PRODUKTIVITAS JALIN MATRA (JALAN LAIN MENUJU SEJAHTERA) DENGAN PENINGKATAN EKONOMI RTSM (RUMAH TANGGA SANGAT MISKIN) DI DESA TUMPUK RENTENG KECAMATAN TUREN KABUPATEN MALANG

Various efforts have been made by the government to address the problem of poverty. These efforts include PKH (Program Keluarga Harapan). The PKH emphasizes community empowerment. In addition, the Ministry of Social Affairs also has a prosperous rice program, simple housing assistance under the name Unfit for Living House (Rutilahu), and Remote Indigenous Community (KAT) (Malia, 2018). Especially in East Java, there are programs launched by the Governor of East Java including Jalin Kesra (another road to prosperity) which took place during the first period of Governor Soekarwo's leadership in 2009-2013 and Jalin Matra (another road to independence and prosperity) which is a continuation of Jalin Welfare which took place in the second period of Governor Soekarwo in 2014-2018. However, there has been no clear evaluation of the Jalin Matra program on community productivity. The purpose of this study in general is to identify and analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of the Jalin Matra program in Tumpuk Renteng Village, Turen District, Malang Regency. While the purpose of this study was to find out the Jalin Matra Program (Another Way Towards Independent and Prosperous) was effective in increasing the productivity of Poor Households (RTSM) in Tumpuk Renteng Village, Turen District, Malang Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research. This study uses a pre-experimental design (trial) with a pre-post test design in one group (One group pre-post test design). The effectiveness of Jalin Matra on the productivity of Very Poor Households (RTSM) in Tumpuk Renteng Village, Turen District, Malang Regency has been very effective in terms of the significance value of 0.00 for each parameter that the author uses. Such as interest or motivation to make a business increase, productive business increases, income increases, family economy increases, and the fulfillment of school needs also becomes fulfilled
