IMPLEMENTASI LAYANAN SUKET TEKI ON THE SPOT DI KABUPATEN MALANG (STUDI DI SATUAN INTELKAM POLRES MALANG)

Limitations to access police administration services due social restrictions in Covid-19 pandemic and the long distance between residences and the office of Malang Police are the main factors for the implementation of the Suket Teki On The Spot service. The existence of this service is expected to provide convenience for the community and so that the service becomes more effective and efficient. This study uses a type of qualitative descriptive research with data sources from interviews, observations and documentation directly or indirectly to the subject and object of research. The research location is at the Malang Regency Police Station on Jl. Jend. A. Yani No. 1, Kepanjen District, Malang Regency. The results showed that the implementation of the Suket Teki On The Spot service had contributed to optimizing the administrative services carried out by the Malang Police, especially in the form of making Police Records Certificates (SKCK) and Lost Letters. By using a mobile or mobile system, the implementation of services also become more effective and efficient both in terms of time and cost required by the community. In its implementation, there are still shortcomings in the Suket Teki On The Spot service, namely the limited of transportation units (cars) which are the main supporting facilities in the implementation of services. Thus, it is necessary to increase the transportation equipment units so that services can be carried out more optimally
