It has been observing in the last decades a growing concern on the part of the organizational researchers with the subject the organizational commitment. The commitment concept interferes in the long tradition of the studies that look for to identify and to understand personal factors that they determine the human behavior in the work, integrating a particular subject called of attitudes in the face of the work (BASTOS, 1994).
