This dissertation was produced as part of the scope of the Professional Master in Public Administration (PROFIAP/UFJF) of the School of Administration and Accounting of Universidade Federal Juiz de Fora (UFJF). The main objective of this work was to measure the level of commitment of the UFJF’s administrative technicians in education (TAEs) based on the theory of Meyer & Allen (1991, 1997), analyzing the relationship between those levels and the institution’s people management policies.
