The goal of the bachelor´s thesis is to implement a strategic analysis of Pivovar Samson s. r. o and thus determine individual step how to properly direct the company to a favorable deveplopment. In order to achive the goal of the thesis, primary empirical research is carried out in a quantitative form through a questionnaire survey and secondary empirical research is in the form of secondary data analysis. Managerial recommendations will be implemented in response to methods in strategic analysis.
