This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current position of the company Mlékárna Hlinsko a.s. on the market at the time of coronavirus and in the postcovid period through the application of selected methods of strategic analysis. The thesis is also focused on determining strategic recommendations for the future operation of the selected company. It consists of theoretical and practical part.
