Hatch 16, 1974 TO: All Facility FROM; Dr. C. Nelson Chairperson of the Faculty URGENT MEETING of the Faculty Tuesday, March 19, 11:00 a.m,, Blue Room. At its meeting of March 16, the Faculty unanimously voted that an ad hoc Review Committee be established to delineate the role of the Faculty with respect to the Board of Trustees and the role of the Faculty in decision making powers~within theUnivereity. This motion was amended that the first priority of business of this Committee would concern itself with the role of the Faculty in the selection of a new President. It was also voted that the composition of the ad hoc Committee be discussed and election to representation on this Committee be postponed to a Faculty meeting that should take place no later than Thursday, March 21, 1974. For that reason it was voted to hAld a special Faculty meeting on Tuesday, March 19 at ll:a.m. in the Blue Room
