Agenda: The agenda was adopted as presented. 2. Minutes: The minutes of the last meeting were approved. 3. Report on Renewal of Trustees and Officers: Wednesday 4:30 PM The following Trustees, whose terms ended as of 12/31/87, were considered for renewal: Kamal Adham Euan Baird Paul Hannon John Harbert . Ahmed Hilal Yousef Jameel Frank Jungers Mostafa Khalil Weldon Kruger Walter Mac Donald Roger Tamraz Louise Van Vleck Bayly Winder Mr. Hedlund advised the Committee members that he had received a letter trom Yousef Jameel stating his intention to resign from the Board of AUC. He asked that the Committee app~ove Yousef Jameel's renewal, even though it appeared that he did not wish to be considered. In the case of Roger Tamraz, the Committee ·decided to delay any action until he could be contacted to see whether or not he wished to continue as a Trustee.
