Seven principal sources for financial support have been identified: alumni, American companies (in the U.S. and Middle East principally), the Egyptian Government (perhaps as a source of scholarships), American foundations, Trust~es, non-American institutions and governments, and wealthy individuals. The Committee believes the above should be approached without enlisting the services of a high-paid professional fund raiser. In the Committee's view, the present fund raising staff has done a compre~nsive and competent job within the limits of staff and budget size.
