I I I -10- Eighty-six percent of the current crop of students expect to marry, and 54% of them intend to marry between the ages of 20 and 25. Thirty percent expect to wait until they are 26 or older to wed. When married, 80% of them anticipate that the wives will work. Asked what attracted them to AUC, 60% replied that they were most interested in the academic program, and 20% felt that the social life was most appealing. Contrary to one myth, only .07% were not acceptable at any other university. After one year at the University, 25% of them most appre­ciated the educational standards, 20% most admired the liberal education, and the remainder were just about equally impressed by social activities, faculty-student relationship, and the democratic atmosphere.
