I I 2. Whether you deal directly with your local TWA office or through a travel agent, the procedure for obtaining your ticket is the same. You should instruct TWA or your agent to call the TWA prepaid desk for authorization to issue your ticket. The prepaid desk, in turn, will have been authorized by TWA/Cairo. Thus your ticket will be physically issued by your local TWA office or travel agent and you should pick it up from him. At the time your ticket is issued, you should pay TWA or your travel agent for any extra fares or charges. It is very important that you begin making your airline reserva­tions as soon as possible because we tmderstand that flights are already heavily booked. Once this is done, please complete and return the en­closed fonn. Note that we must have complete infonnation concerning anyone accompanying you. We must have this infonnation by January 31st in order to arrange to have you met at the Cairo airport. Inoculations - As of today, Egypt requires only a valid small pox vacci­nation for entry; and the U.S. requires no vaccination or inoculation for re-entry from Egypt. If you plan to travel or transit elsewhere, espe­cially Africa or Asia, you should inquire specifically as to requirements for entry into Egypt and re-entry into the U. S. fran each such other COtmtry. Airlines and travel agents nonnally have such infonnation. We prefer to rely on the U.S. Public Health Service (in NYC Tel: 924-1975). You may wish to consult your private physician as to what inoculations he recCJl:1lreIlds for you in addition to those that are required. Itinerary in Cairo - The schedule of events is still being planned. As of now it includes: - February 16 - Presidential dinner - February 17 - Board meeting and talks with rrsnbers of the Faculty and student body. - February 18 - 6:00 pm, Mid-Year Convocation (Graduation).
