One person suggested that a goal of two-million dollars be set to secure the University for a period of ten years. He said that people are reluctant to commit themselves to an operation in an area of the world where there is so little stability. The remainder found that first priority should be given to locating sources the University can count on year by year, i .. e., annual giving.
