School of Oriental Studies As pointed out in my Report last year, the work of this School logically falls under four headings: (1) Language Study; (2) Islamics; (3) Research; (4) Extension or General bervices. Language teaching has gone apace and practically all of the 106 students enrolled came for the study of Arabic.
