The added value research in the field of CREM is very much focused at offices and the added models constructed in previous research are only partly applicable to industrial premises. Yet industrial premises form a significant proportion of the overall real estate assets in Western countries. Previous research also focuses on shareholders' added value ignoring other stakeholders' added value. The study aims to identify the added value of corporate real estate management in industrial premises from stakeholders' perspective.
