LOGIKA ELITE DESA DALAM PRAKTIK PEMBANGUNAN DESA WISATA ( Studi di Desa Pujon Kidul Kecamatan Pujon Kabupaten Malang )

Tourism is the largest and most powerful industry in financing the global economy at present. Tourism is also the biggest contributor to foreign exchange in Indonesia and has a good impact on rural tourism development. A case carried out in the village of Pujon Kidul, which has succeeded in carrying out tourism development with local village products by empowering the local community. The elite of Pujon Kidul village uses labor from local communities to reduce unemployment and poverty in the Pujon Kidul village. This study aims to determine the Village Logic in the Practice of Village Development in Pujon Kidul Tourism. This research uses a qualitative approach and with descriptive research types, through field observations, interviews and documentation of informants. The theory used in this study is the theory of Pierre Bourdieu regarding the practice of habitus. The development of Pujon Kidul tourism village has been started since 2011 on educational tourism, in 2015 the elite of Pujon Kidul village carried out the construction of a rice field cafe, Tulungrejo tourist village, and carried out development in the field of educational tourism. Pujon Kidul tourism development is a village government program to address the problems of poverty, unemployment, and dropping out of school. With the development of a tourist village, the Pujon Kidul village community can work in the rice field cafe owned by the village of Pujon Kidul
