PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT BERBASIS INKLUSI (Studi Tentang Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Preman Mengajar di Republik Gubuk di Desa Sukolilo Kecamatan Jabung Kabupaten Malang)

The purpose of this study is to find out how society's empowerment is based on inclusion. (Study on Public Power Through Preman Teaches in Gubuk Republic in Sukolilo Village District Jabung, Malang Regency. Which The people of Sukolilo village who experience inequality in the form of distance or imbalance that occurs due to differences in social and economic status, and education. This research use kind of phenomenological research with the aim of exploring more deeply about the phenomenon experienced by key informants. The subject of research is defined using purposely, among Republik Gubuk administration and the community that follows the program. While for the theory of this research, researchers use Jim Ife's empowerment theory. The results of this research are the Republik Gubuk program consisting of several activities, namely Sanggar Tari, Gubuk Reading, Badan Usaha Milik Gubuk (BUMI), Preman Teaching, Campus People, Republic Resek. The impact of this program is to increase the interest in reading and learning children, to increase the economy of society, to make society more independent, to make society more interested in the environment, to give birth to young or young generations with good skills and mental well-being, to provide learning space and to play children
