Background: Fat-suppression is techniques desirable to remove the fat contribution from the total magnetic resonance (MR). Hybrid fat suppression consist of SPIR and SPAIR. Fat suppression in SPIR technique is not homogen so another fat suppression technique id needed for better anatomical information resut. Spair have advantage in insensitive to inhomogeneity of B1 field, while SPIR is considered to have fast scan time.
