PERBEDAAN INFORMASI ANATOMI MRI KNEE JOINT POTONGAN SAGITAL SEKUEN PDWI ANTARASTIR DAN SPAIR PADA KASUS RUPTUR ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT

Fat surrounding in anatomy of Knee Joint became one of the problems in MRI Knee Joint examination, treated by a technique called fat suppression. Fat suppression is a fat-suppressing technique for suppressing signals in adipose tissue. Examples of fat suppression are STIR and SPAIR, STIR is a fatty pressure that implements inversion pulse and Time Inversion (TI) while SPAIR is a combination of STIR and frequency selective. This study aims to determine the anatomical information of MRI Knee Joint in case of ACLrupture, differences in anatomical information MRI Knee Joint in case of ACLrupture, better methods on MRI Knee Joint sagittal slice of PDWI sequence between STIR and SPAIR in case of ACL rupture.The type of this research is quantitative research with experimental approach using MRI 1,5T in RS Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putihh. The sample of this study were 10 patients of ACL rupture on MRI Knee Joint examination with STIR and SPAIR method, there are 29 images. Evaluated using questionnaires assessed by respondents. The resulting data then analyzed by different test of wilxocon sign test.The result of this research are STIR and SPAIR method can describe the pathology of ACL rupture, there is difference of anatomical information between STIR and SPAIR with p value 0.006, SPAIR method is better for displaying anatomical information on MRI Knee Joint sagittal slice with PDWI sequence in case of ACL rupture than using STIR with mean rank on SPAIR 5.00 and STIR 0.0
