Stimulating aspects of the evaluation system of employees in the selected organization

The thesis deals with the analysis of the evaluation system in company Y and with the identification of incentives that work on the workers. The aim is to assess these stimulating aspects of the evaluation system and to define which incentives are key to employees' performance. The partial aim is to develop a proposal for recommendations for possible adjustments to this system. The first part of the thesis defines the basic concepts that are necessary for the understanding of the given issue. In the second part, the company's internal documents are analyzed and processed a structured questionnaire based on Alederfer's theory of motivational need. The data obtained is processed using simple descriptive statistics and mathematical statistics. The results show that the evaluation system of employees is in formal consistency wihth theoretical recommendations but it ignores the individual needs and performance of employees. Based on this, recommendations are suggested to increase the incentives of workers in the organization.Práce se zabývá analýzou systému hodnocení ve společnosti Y a zjištěním stimulů, které působí na pracovníky. Cílem je posoudit tyto stimulační aspekty systému hodnocení a definovat, které stimuly jsou pro zaměstnance společnosti stěžejní z hlediska působení na pracovní výkon. Dílčím cílem je vypracovat návrh na doporučení pro případné úpravy tohoto systému. V první části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy, které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení dané problematiky. V části druhé jsou analyzovány interní dokumenty firmy a zpracován strukturovaný dotazník, který je založený na Alderferově teorii motivačních potřeb. Získaná data jsou zpracována pomocí jednoduché popisné statistiky a matematické statistiky. Výsledky ukazují, že systém hodnocení pracovníků je ve formálním souladu s teoretickými do-poručeními, avšak opomíjí individuální potřeby a výkony zaměstnanců. Na základě toho jsou navržena doporučení ke zvýšení stimulace pracovníků v organizaci
