The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose more objective evaluation system for employees based on chosen criteria. The theoretical part of the thesis is targeted to evaluation, remuneration and motivation of employees. The objective of second part of this thesis is to specify evaluation criteria, statistical analysis of these criteria, presentation of analyzed company and surveyed workplace together with comparison of actual and suggested evaluation system. The final part consists of proposed changes needed for implementation of suggested evaluation system
