The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse system of employee evaluation and remuneration in the selected organization and to improve this system. The thesis analyses satisfaction with the system of evaluation and remuneration with the help of questionnaires distributed to the employees. Finally, changes are recommende. The changes lead to more effective evaluation and remuneration and to more satisfaction of the employees
