Employee evaluation system in a selected organization

The aim of the diploma thesis are proposals for changes to improve the system of evaluation of employees in a selected organization based on analysis, assessment and evaluation of management in this area. In the theoretical part of the work, the literature that corresponds to the assignment is used. In the practical part, the current system of evaluation of employees in the selected company is first analyzed, then a questionnaire survey is prepared, which analyzes the satisfaction and the view of employees on the evaluation system. Finally, there are suggestions that should lead to the improvement of the existing system of evaluation of employees in the organization
