This thesis is divided into theoretical and analytical part. In theoretical part, terms motivation, motivational theories, employee benefits are explained in detail. Analytical part is then focused on one particular company and its current benefit system. Company XYZ offers wide scale of benefits for its employees regardless of their hierarchical position in the company. The goal of this thesis was to analyse whether current employee benefit system is motivating employees enough and whether there is a correlation between offered benefits and their performance.
