System of employee benefits in a chosen company

This diploma thesis aims to find out how employee benefits influence work motivation, evaluate employee satisfaction in an international company with a regiocentric human capital management structure, and offer recommendations that could positively affect job satisfaction. The first chapter examines the literature from the perspective of several scholars related to the concepts of motivation, work motivation and job satisfaction. The second chapter is dedicated to employee benefits and their trends in the Czech Republic and in the international context. In the practical part, the company L’Oréal is introduced in detail, followed by an overview and comparison of employee benefits that the company offers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. The last part of the thesis deals with an in-depth interview with an HR specialist, evaluation of pre-established hypotheses and analysis of the results of a questionnaire, which was distributed to employees of L’Oréal in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Based on these findings, recommendations are subsequently proposed to the company.Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jak zaměstnanecké benefity ovlivňují pracovní motivaci, vyhodnotit spokojenost zaměstnanců v mezinárodní společnosti s regiocentrickou strukturou řízení lidského kapitálu a nabídnout doporučení, která by mohla pracovní spokojenost pozitivně ovlivnit. První kapitola vysvětluje pojmy motivace, pracovní motivace a pracovní spokojenost, a to z pohledu několika autorů. Druhá kapitola je věnována zaměstnaneckým benefitům a jejich trendům jak v České republice, tak v mezinárodním kontextu. V rámci praktické části je nejprve podrobně představena společnost L’Oréal a následuje přehled a porovnání zaměstnaneckých benefitů, které společnost nabízí na území České republiky, Slovenska a Maďarska. Poslední část práce pojednává o provedeném hloubkovém rozhovoru s HR specialistkou, vyhodnocení předem stanovených hypotéz a analýze výsledků provedeného dotazníkového šetření, které bylo distribuováno na zaměstnance společnosti L’Oréal v České republice, na Slovensku a v Maďarsku.
