The Proposition for Changes in the Evaluating and Rewarding of Employees in a Particular Company

This bachelor’s thesis concerns a system of evaluating and rewarding of employees in the company Průmyslová keramika,spol. s r.o. The work is divided in two parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part is focused upon a theoretical foundation. In the practical part there is detailed analysis of the company and of its major competitors and there is also contained a research based on a questionnaire survey. The main part of the work consists of suggestions for improvement in the evaluating, rewarding and motivating of employees
