This study aimed to determine the influence of compensation and work motivation to the labor productivity by taking into employee satisfaction of Perum DAMRI Lampung. The population in this study amounted to 169 employees. Sampling technique was using Non Probability Sampling using simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 115 employees. Unit analysis was using linear regression and Path Analysis. The research subjects were the employee of Antar Kota dalam Propinsi of Perum DAMRI Lampung. The method used in this research was descriptive verification, ex post facto approach and survey method.
