The purpose of this research to know the influence of the perception of performance assessment, supervision and motivation to labor productivity employees. Research methodology used was the descriptive verificative with ex post facto approach and survey. Sampling method used was probability sampling by using simple random sampling. Population of this research were all the production employees as many as 120 employees and samples to be taken 92 employees. Data were collected through questionnaire and were analyzed by using linier regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Data analysis used parametric statistic by using t test and F test.
