This study aims to determine the performance, compensation, and work motivation of UD employees. Wana Agung and to find out which variables have the most influence on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research. This study used a sample of 30 respondents, data collection using questionnaires. The analytical tools used are scale ranges and multiple linear regression. The results of the scale range analysis show that compensation is in the sufficient category, work motivation is in the sufficient category and employee performance is in the sufficient category.
