This study aimed to determine the influence of teamwork, work motivation, and employee loyalty on work productivity in Premium Lampung Company. The population in this study amounted to 144 employees. Sampling technique was using Probability Sampling using Simple Random Sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 106 employees. The hypotheses analyzed used linear regression and path analysis. The research subjects were the marketing employees of Premium Lampung Company. The method used in this research was descriptive verification, ex post facto approach and survey method.
