This study aims to (1) determine the relationship between teamwork and employee productivity, (2) determine the level of teamwork, (3) determine the level of work productivity of employees (4) know the role or effective contribution of teamwork with employee work productivity. The method used in this study is quantitative research methods. The method used to collect data uses the Teamwork Scale and the Employee Productivity Scale. The subjects of this study were employees of the Cellular Telecommunications Cooperative (KISEL). Subjects were determined using quota sampling consisting of 50 employees of the Cellular Telecommunication Cooperative (KISEL).
