ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh insentif, penempatan dalam job, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bosowa Utama Corporation di Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Perusahaan PT. Bosowa Utama Corporation di Makassar Sulawesi Selatan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 102 orang responden.
