PERAN PELAYANAN TABUNGAN SIMPEDA DALAM MENINGKATKAN JUMLAH NASABAH PADA PT. BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH JAWA TIMUR CABANG MALANG

The purpose of this study is to describe the procedure of opening an account, the development of the number of simpeda customers and the role of simpeda savings products in increasing the number of customers at PT Bank Pembangunan Jawa Timur Malang Branch. The research method used is descriptive. While the data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Simpeda Savings is one of the savings products launched by the East Java Regional Development Bank. The account opening procedure is quite easy, has many advantages and benefits, a lot of prize draws and can be used as a credit guarantee. From the development of the number of simpeda customers, it fluctuates every year, which is always changing. The role of the Simpeda Savings service is in increasing the number of customers based on the Marketing Mix which consists of 4Ps namely product, price, place, promotion
