This study aimed to analyze the quality of the product, promotion, price and the perception of the customer's decision to use the savings bank Simpeda in Surabaya East Java branch. This research method using quantitative research methods using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents bank customers in Surabaya East Java. This study is causal.
