Aim: To evaluate the effects of supplementation of pre-workout carbohydrates in physicalperformance among footballplayers trained and untrained. Materials and Methods: A total of 16 male individuals divided into trained and untrained group. To assess food intake, was handed a 24-hour recall; performed anthropometry for analysis of body composition and blood capillary collection (triglycerides and glucose) for metabolic analysis.
