The occurrence of Hydro Transmission Diseases and Food has increased significantly world level, and oftentimes, the lack of minimum standards of hygiene during preparation becomes the main factor contaminating food. This way, the present work had as objective guide food handlers on Good Handling Practices. Aiming to guide food handlers towards Good Handling Practices, trainings were planned according to RDC Nº216/2004 and implemented by Nutrition and Veterinary Medicine students participating in the Good Design Practices Project for handling/manufacturing food products from the Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul, in a partnership with the Health Surveillance in the city of Santa Izabel do Oeste and Realeza - Paraná.
