Abstract The purpose of this study is: (1) To know the effect of kopentensi on Performance of Nurse on Nursing Care Documentation at Rung Inpati RSW Wisata UIT Makassar (2). To know the Motivation of Nurse Performance On Nursing Documentation at Inpatient Room of RSW Wisata UIT Makassr. The research method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach, that is by focusing on hypothesis testing. With the number of popolasi 115, sampling using slovin formula with the number of samples amounted to 80 respondents. Data collection method through questionnaires and direct observation.
