PURPOSES: Job performance is determined by internal and external factors of employees. Two of them are ability and motivation. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to analyze influencing of ability and motivation to performance of nurses in partial and simultaneous. METHODS: Approach of this research is quantitative paradigm, Particularly to solve the problems of associative study. The research samples are 78 nurses of Madani General Hospital-Medan. Meanwhile, data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. FINDINGS: Results of the study shown by hypothesis testing conclusions.
